6-Month Warranty Policy – Leather Footwear
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to enjoy your footwear with confidence. All our leather shoes include a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s covered:
We’re happy to help with issues that arise from:
Manufacturing or material defects
Unexpected sole separation
Stitching faults
Hardware problems (eyelets, zippers, buckles) under normal use
What’s not covered:
To avoid any confusion, the warranty does not include:
Damage from accidents, misuse, or excessive wear
Water damage or exposure to harsh conditions
Scuffs, scratches, or normal wear and tear
Natural changes in leather color or texture over time
Odor or damage caused by improper care
How to request support:
Provide your proof of purchase.
Share clear photos or videos of the concern.
If necessary, we may ask you to send the item for inspection so we can assess it properly.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability and the condition of the item.
Seller Rights
To ensure fairness and consistency, the seller reserves the right to:
Inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
Determine the appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or store credit) based on the item’s condition and stock availability.
Decline claims that fall outside the warranty terms, such as damage due to misuse, normal wear, or improper care.
Request additional information or photos to better understand the issue before making a decision.
Return the product to the customer if the claim is not eligible under the warranty.
